This Privacy Information explains how Aretove Inc. (“Aretove,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Pollentic website and Service. Pollentic is a product and brand name of Aretove Inc. Aretove is headquartered at 115 Broadway, Fl. 5, New York, NY 10006.

Enterprise Context. When Pollentic is used by a business customer, that customer typically controls what data is submitted to the Service. In that context, Aretove generally acts as a processor/service provider with respect to Customer Content, and the customer is the controller/business.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Account and workspace information: name, business email, organization name, role, authentication details (passwords stored hashed if applicable).

Customer Content: datasets, files, table/schema information, prompts, instructions, queries, dashboards, notes, and other content submitted to or generated within the workspace.

Billing information: billing contact details, invoice details, subscription status (payment card data is typically handled by payment processors).

Support communications: messages, tickets, and attachments.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Log/device data: IP address, browser type, device/OS, access times, referring URLs, error logs.

Usage data: workspace activity, feature usage, performance metrics, connector usage.

Cookies and similar technologies: used for authentication, security, preferences, and analytics.

1.3 Information From Third Parties

Integrations/connectors: data and metadata received as authorized by the customer (e.g., data warehouses, cloud storage, collaboration tools).

SSO/identity providers: identity attributes (e.g., name, email, group membership) when enabled.

Service providers: infrastructure, security, analytics, and support providers.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

provide, operate, and maintain the Service (including generating Output at your request);

authenticate users and administer accounts/workspaces;

process subscriptions, invoices, and billing administration;

monitor, maintain, and improve performance and reliability;

secure the Service, prevent fraud/abuse, and enforce our Terms;

communicate with administrators and users (service notices, updates, support);

comply with legal obligations.

3. AI Processing; Model Training

Pollentic processes Customer Content (including prompts and connected data) to generate Output.

Training. For B2B/enterprise use, we do not use Customer Content to train or improve general-purpose AI models unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. We may use aggregated and/or de-identified usage and performance data to maintain, protect, and improve the Service.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

Service providers/subprocessors (e.g., hosting, databases, observability, security, email delivery, customer support, payment processing) that process data under our instructions to provide the Service;

Third-party integrations enabled by the customer (shared according to the customer’s configuration);

Legal/safety recipients where required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service;

Business transfers (e.g., merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets) subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense.

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

Analytics (understanding usage and improving the Service).

Depending on your location and relationship to the customer:

End users should generally direct requests regarding personal data in Customer Content to their employer/customer (the controller).

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children and is intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
